A great run in Boulder. It's not difficult and you can always get in a nice approximately 7 miles here. It's pretty and just a nice run!

ReplyDeleteI never really pay attention to the elevation when I look @ my own charts, then I saw yours 5000ft.
My own elevation is at 0 ft. I never really think about the fact that we are right at sea-level. Although, we live in a flood zone, so I suppose that would make sense.

Wow! I just compared yours and mine, and yeah my elevation gain was always at least about 100 feet, which I think was your max!
ReplyDeleteRunning at 5000 feet has benefits and challenges :). You end up racing differently (if you go out too fast you can definitely pay the price!), but we get an altitude time adjustment, and when we go down to sea level, it feels sooo easy to breathe. ;D
